Returns

If you receive an expired or incorrect product, please contact us at info@pakavo.in within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may request that you provide us with proof of the issue, such as an unboxing video or photo.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for returned products. We will only provide a replacement product for the returned item.

Replacement

Once we receive your returned product and verify the issue, we will provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the product. We will provide you with a tracking number once your replacement product has been dispatched, which you can use to track your order online.
